- Overview of the Service Procedure
Ceilingrepairly provides professional on-site ceiling repair and restoration services across European markets. Our operational model is structured to ensure complete transparency, adherence to European consumer protection laws, and strict compliance with merchant risk assessment standards. All transactions are denominated and processed in Euros (EUR).
- Detailed Step-by-Step Engagement Workflow
Step 1: Initial Inquiry and Information Submission
The customer visits www.ceilingrepairly.com to inspect service categories, project scope descriptions, and visual examples of our ceiling restoration work.
The customer completes the online contact and project inquiry form on our website, submitting accurate project specifications, dimensions, location details, and photographic documentation of the ceiling area requiring repair.
Step 2: Technical Assessment and Quotation
Our specialists review the submitted details to evaluate structural feasibility, material requirements, and labor scope.
We communicate directly with the customer via email or telephone to discuss specific project requirements, logistics, and provide a binding service quotation and price estimate.
Step 3: Service Reservation and Booking Deposit
To formally reserve an on-site installation appointment slot in our scheduling system, the customer pays an initial online booking deposit through our secure payment checkout.
Upon successful completion of the deposit payment, the appointment date and time window are officially booked and confirmed via email.
Step 4: On-Site Execution and Final Inspection
Our professional technicians arrive at the designated European location at the scheduled appointment time to perform the agreed ceiling repair services.
Upon completion of the physical work, the customer or their authorized representative conducts an on-site inspection of the completed installation.
Final payment for the remaining balance of the service fee is settled on-site following successful delivery and inspection.
- Statutory Right of Withdrawal and Consumer Rights
In accordance with European consumer protection directives and German statutory law governing distance contracts (Fernabsatzverträge):
Right of Withdrawal: Consumers booking services online possess a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of contract conclusion, provided that the service execution has not yet commenced.
Explicit Consent for Immediate Execution: By submitting the booking deposit and requesting commencement of the service prior to the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that they lose their statutory right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed by M-T-D Innenausbau GmbH.
- Deposit Terms and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Window: If a customer cancels the scheduled service appointment at least 48 hours prior to the agreed on-site appointment date, the online booking deposit is fully refundable.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur administrative and logistical reservation retention fees to cover allocated technician schedules and travel preparation.
- Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
Liability: Liability for damages arising from ordinary negligence is excluded, except in cases involving injury to life, limb, or health, or breach of essential contractual obligations.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
